Conduct risk assessments and safety audits across all build sites, ensuring compliance with local safety regulations.
Investigate accidents and incidents, leading root cause analysis, and recommending corrective actions.
Deliver safety training to project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols on all job sites.
Develop strategies to reduce occupational health risks, improving well-being for staff and contractors.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards in line with network build activities.
Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, documenting findings, and overseeing corrective actions.
Prepare comprehensive SHEQ reports, tracking progress, incidents, and areas for improvement.
Liaise with external regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all legal SHEQ requirements.
Maintain and update all relevant SHEQ documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with senior management.
