The role of SAP Administrator is to process applications for our various clients and ensure we are compliant with evidence and quality standards set to ensure payment.

Essential:

  • Managing financial documents requires excellent organisational skills to handle various tasks, documents, and deadlines efficiently.

  • Attention to detail your tasks involve dealing with sensitive data, so a keen eye for detail is essential to avoid errors and ensure accuracy.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with colleagues, employees, and external stakeholders.

  • Confidentiality: As a SAP Administrator, you'll have access to sensitive information; maintaining   confidentiality and professionalism is essential.

Desirable:

  • Cross-functional  collaboration: Being able to work well with various departments and teams   fosters a cooperative and cohesive work environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Cross checking subcontractor applications with completed work reports in our client systems.

  • Correcting evidence in client systems.

  • Collaborating with internal and external build teams to aqquire additional information and evidence where required.

  • Submitting applications for payment to the client.

  • Sending Payment Certifications to our contract partners.

  • Saving invoices from clients and subbies.
